We encourage all guests to stay at this hotel and we've secured rooms with a discounted rate. This is where we will be hosting welcome drinks and where our wedding shuttles will depart from. NOTE, the room block is officially FULL. You can contact the hotel reservations line by dialing 1-844-863-0331, Option 2 and mention Filko/Rama wedding block to see if they can extend any discount.
Flight
BOOKING FLIGHTS TO PR
You will be flying into San Juan, Puerto Rico (Airport code: SJU). You need a State ID (ex. driver's license) to travel to PR. Passport is NOT required. *IMPORTANT*: When departing from the Puerto Rico airport, you need to get bags scanned through the USDA X-ray and get a sticker. Please plan for extra time and do this before you go to the regular security line.

TRANSPORTATION
The San Juan Airport is less than 10 minutes from the hotel, Fairmont El San Juan. It is also around 15 minutes from other popular neighborhoods such as Condado and Old San Juan. We recommend one of the following transportation options: 1) Transportation to/from airport-hotel: Uber service* Taxi service *Uber service is available in all of San Juan (Puerto Rico's capital). We strongly recommend this option as an alternative to taxi services or car rental options.
Shuttle
WEDDING DAY TRANSPORTATION
November 16, 2024 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
There will be transportation to & from the wedding venue. For those of you who tend to operate on "island time" please note that departure to the wedding is at 3:00pm at the Fairmont hotel lobby. We will also have shuttles departing from the venue to bring guests back to the hotel at 11:00pm. If you wish to leave earlier, Uber is your best option.
