Sabrina Lorenzen

Maid of Honor

Sabrina is the best friend who Kirsten is lucky enough to also call her cousin! They’ve known each other since ’97, and have been inseparable ever since. These two are quite the dynamic duo, and hate that they don’t live in the same state. When they are together they take THE cutest pictures and enjoy forcing their family to play new games. They are most likely to be found laughing at jokes no one else understands, binging the same Netflix series, singing incorrect lyrics, or accidentally matching.

Kate Reder

Matron of Honor

Kate has been around since ‘96, when she met Kirsten in Kindergarten. They hit it off right away and have been best friends ever since. They also roomed together at WMU. From science fairs to international vacations, and everything in between, these two have seen it all together. They are most likely to be found listing Harry Potter questions, eating unhealthy foods, crafting, or turning 5 minute chats into multi-hour conversations. Update: Kirsten is the proud godmother of Kate’s son!

Chelsea Peabody

Bridesmaid

Chelsea and Kirsten met their first week at WMU (6th floor Hadley), and became fast friends. They’ve been roommates multiple times in multiple locations. During their friendship they raised and killed (RIP) many fish together, and created countless adventures. They are most likely to be found swapping book lists, attending a Chili Cook Off, taking endless pictures, crafting, or planning the next fun outing!

Sarah Austin

Bridesmaid

Sarah is Kevin’s sister, but thank goodness she’s nothing like him. Kirsten and Sarah met in 2013 and hit it off right away. Since then they have had so much fun winning at game nights, shopping, and plotting family pranks. Kirsten can’t wait to officially have a sister! They are most likely to be found making fun of Kevin, loving on Lennon, eating, or laughing to the point of tears.

Jessie Watts

Bridesmaid

Jessie was Kirsten’s backdoor neighbor, but she became more of a sister than a friend. Their friendship is built on week long sleepovers that they had to trick their parents into, crappy tv shows, laughter, trading clothing, being absolute weirdos, walks to Walgreens, and made-up games they forced their brothers to play. They are most likely to be found hanging out with each others families, tanning in Colon, making sarcastic comments, and eating pizza rolls.

Colleen Sawa

Bridesmaid

Colleen and Kirsten met at high school orientation- but they spent the day bad-mouthing the other because they wore the same shirt. Luckily they quickly got past that little snafu. They called each other “twins” and were often asked if they were related, as they were rarely apart and had many similar mannerisms. They are most likely to be found swapping teaching stories, making “chicken stuff”, creating new words, listening to “A Very Potter Musical”, and enjoying shows that make them laugh!

Becky Kerner

Bridesmaid

Becky and Kirsten have been friends since 2005, when they bonded over choosing the best High School cafeteria fry out of their shared basket. They both need the TV at an even numbered volume, which is grounds alone for a strong friendship. They are most likely to be found standing on one leg for pictures, singing off-tune, and interrupting each other’s stories with another story.

Jackie Vivirito

Bridesmaid

Jackie and Kirsten met in high school, in the days of AIM and tan colored skorts. Since Montini, they Skyped frequently throughout college, and took turns visiting each other’s schools. Jackie and Kirsten orchestrate THE best New Years Eve events, and plan to continue this tradition as long as possible. They are most likely to be found tagging each other in Harry Potter related Facebook posts, NOT having a Mary Kate and Ashley marathon (not for lack of trying), and visiting each other any opportunity they have.

Leah Barnes

Bridesmaid

Leah and Kirsten met in 2009 during an (abysmal) Anthropology class where the most valuable thing they learned was each other’s phone number. Leah and Kirsten were both in WMU’s education program, and took many classes together (on purpose). They’ve been roommates twice, and are known for having slightly-too-loud conversations about school. Leah is actually the reason Kirsten and Kevin first met! They are most likely to be found not taking any pictures together, watching FRIENDS for the 100th time, and watching snap chats of her adorable daughter.

Mitch Brownell

Best Man

Moth is a good friend and a good man. Some would even say the best man.

Brian Frank

Groomsman

Brian is the brother of the bride, but he is primarily known as the guy that can get you enough credit card points to pay off your student debt.

Charlie Eldred

Groomsman

Chogly is like an elephant. He doesn't forget anything, and he weighs well over a thousand pounds.

Dan Milewski

Groomsman

Dom is the fastest and smartest guy I know, but good luck holding a conversation with him.

Bob Meyer

Groomsman

Bob answers better to someone saying "Corvette" than to his own name. He is also the proud father of both an ambulance and a school bus.

Brad Elliston

Groomsman

If Brad had a nickname it would be either "Bone", "Thugs", or "Harmony". Brad has many talents, one of them is the ability to assemble a playlist that will make your grandmother start flossing.

Jacob Caines

Groomsman

Jake is the nicest guy you will meet. If you're lucky, he will light your fireworks in the street.

The Bowman Boys

Ring Bearers

Kirsten has been babysitting the Bowman boys longer than she has known Kevin, they are family. Isaac- the quintessential oldest child: he is responsible, kind to the core, an avid book and animal lover. Levi- the crazy and creative inventor, who can talk his way into or out of anything. Ethan- the loudest, most driven child in any room, obsessed with winning and the color green. Jonah- the goofy ("boofy") one, this boy is silly and sweet, he is having a hard time with the idea of sharing Kirsten with Kevin. These boys are sure to be the life of the party!

Lennon Austin

Flower Girl

Lennon is an aspiring comedian and is constantly making us laugh. She also enjoys climbing, being silly, and making art projects. She loves her Uncle Kevin and Aunt Kirsten, but their "PUPPY!" will always be her favorite.
