What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Kirsten will be walking down the aisle at 5:30, you should get there before that.

Is there parking?

Answer

There is ample parking at the Bay Pointe Woods. You may also leave your car at the hotel if you are staying at the Best Western Plus (a bus will make two trips to the venue, times will be posted at the hotel)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you're staying at the Best Western Plus in Wayland yes! We will have a bus that will run between the hotel and venue. If you're staying at Bay Pointe Inn, it is mere steps away.

What’s the deal with cocktail hour?

Answer

Our cocktail hour will be on the partially covered outdoor area next to the reception hall, there will be some seats, drinks, games and light snacking opportunities! Following that hour, all guests will come into the reception building for more wedding events!

Is the Bay Pointe Woods the same as the Bay Pointe Inn?

Bay Pointe Woods is located on Oarie Dr directly across the street from the Bay Pointe Inn.
