Transportation

Our ceremony location is approximately 5 miles away from our reception location & reserved hotel. Please allow at least 15 minutes in travel-time from one location to the other. Uber and Lyft are both available in the Springfield area and are reliable options for transportation, should you need them! Springfield does have a public transit system; however, it is minimal in operation near our ceremony and reception sites.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Springfield North

This hotel is right next to our reception venue! We have reserved a block of rooms here for your convenience. Reservations with our block must be made by May 10, 2022; after which, remaining rooms for our block will be released. Our discount code is CMW You are welcome to choose other hotels in the Springfield area if you'd like! Know that our ceremony is near Missouri State University (middle of Springfield) and our reception is in the Northeast area of Springfield.

Flight

Springfield-Branson National Airport

Springfield, MO has a small airport on the Northwest side of town. You may be able to find flights to your area (within the United States), but know that most only travel on certain days of the week. Branson, MO has an airport (a little over an hour from our ceremony & reception sites), as well! Other larger airports that may be more convenient for your schedule are the Lambert St. Louis International Airport and the Kansas City International Airport. These two will have more options for flights, and are around 3 hours driving distance from Springfield, Missouri.
