Our Story - Her Perspective

I met Caleb for the first time when I stopped to say hello to a friend in front of the chapel on our college campus. We exchanged a few words and then went our separate ways. As soon as I left, I quickly wrote down his name in my phone because I knew there was something special about him and did not want to forget! :) Fast forward a few months to Formal season for my sorority, and I knew just who I wanted to ask. I asked my guy friends in Caleb's fraternity to help me get in contact with him. I was worried he wasn't going to remember me, but he proved me wrong. After exchanging several text messages, we decided to meet again in person, and that is when I knew I was going to ask him to be my date! Formal was a night to remember. As we danced and laughed the night away, I could feel there was something special between us. We continued to see each other that semester, but we didn't want to acknowledge we were dating just yet (even though others did!) I wanted it to be the right time, so I told him we could continue next semester, and sure enough, after the break the first day we were reunited, he asked me to be his girlfriend when he picked me up from the airport! Now I fall in love with him more and more every day, and it reminds me why I fell for him in the first place :)

Our Story - His Perspective

I met Sydney for the first time in front of the chapel on our college campus. I had seen her around campus before, and already sort of had a crush on her. She stopped to talk to a mutual friend of ours, and after she left, I couldn't stop thinking about her. Fast forward a few months, and she asked me to be her date to her upcoming Winter Formal. We had an absolute blast as she showed me up on the dance floor, and from that night forward I knew something was different with her. We went on several dates (which we did not call dates at the time) before I finally convinced her to be my girlfriend when I picked her up from the airport the next semester. We didn't have to be together for very long before I knew that she was the girl I wanted to spend the rest of my life with, and she still amazes me more and more every day we spend together.
