Here are some frequently asked questions that you may have!
Question

Why Washington?

Answer

We've fallen in love with this area since we first visited in 2019. We enjoy the surrounding nature with the ocean, forests, and mountains close by. We figured it would be the perfect place for a nature-themed wedding, with the forests of Mount Rainier as a perfect location to ring in our perfect day with family and friends.

Question

How far is the wedding venue from nearby airports?

Answer

Most guests will arrive through the Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac). The drive from this airport will be roughly an hour and a half away. Don't let this fool you - the drive is quite scenic! There are plenty of places to stop along the way and admire all that western Washington has to offer.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Wedding party guests will have assigned cabins that are located on-site. These guests will receive these notifications along with their formal invitations. Esteemed guests not associated with the wedding party should refer to our travel section, where we list some accommodations not far from the wedding venue. We recommend booking these soon as the summer months are the busy season!

Question

What's there to do?

Answer

We hope the weekend will be filled with joy and laughter that will satiate your needs. However, if you're planning on staying for longer outside the wedding weekend, there are plenty of local things to do for the nature lover. Mount Rainier National Park is close by and gives you plenty of access to hiking trails and other nature-related activities. If you require a bit more civilization, the major city of Seattle hosts plenty of things to do, from fine dining to shopping, and everything in between. If you're really planning on doing some traveling while you're here, we also recommend checking out the Olympic Peninsula. This area hosts towns such as Port Angeles, Paulsbo, and of course Forks, WA. Aside from these towns, you have access to Olympic National Park, the Hoh Rainforest, and La Push beach. The drive throughout the peninsula is also picturesque and has plenty of places to stop and admire the scenery.

Question

What does the wedding weekend consist of?

Answer

The venue at Copper Creek Inn is reserved by our party from Friday until Monday morning. Aside from the event itself held on Saturday, we plan to decorate the venue on Friday, as well as host a Sunday brunch the day after the wedding. All guests are welcome to attend if they are not already planning on departing so soon!
