West Fork Trail is one of our favorite trails in Sedona and is touted to be one of the top 10 trails in the United States. It is an easy trail that is approximately 6 miles long, but be sure to wear your tennis shoes because you will have to cross the stream in a number of places. At the end of the trail, you will encounter a pool surrounded by cliffs. If you are willing to wade through the pools and hop some boulders, you can complete the 14 mile long full canyon route. Remember to bring lots of water and sunscreen!
Another one of our all time favorites, Devils Bridge is the largest natural sandstone arch located in the Sedona area of the Coconino National Forest. It is a round-trip hike of just under 2 miles, with a 400 foot climb in elevation. This is a great hike for casual hikers who want to explore the breathtaking scenery without having to stray too far from central Sedona. If you have the nerve, you can walk across the top! Be careful and enjoy!

Perched atop a scenic bluff, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an expansive outdoor patio deliver panoramic views of Sedona’s majestic red rocks from every table. At the heart of the restaurant, Chef Lisa Dahl uses a wood-fired grill and wood-burning oven to create handmade empanadas, ceviche, grilled chorizos, fresh fish dishes, mole, and house-made chimichurri sauces inspired by her travels to Argentina, Uruguay, and Chile. We love all of Chef Dahl's restaurants so if Mariposa is booked, check out: Dahl & Di Luca Risorante Italiano, Cucina Rustica, or Pisa Lisa for other delicious eats!
