Simone's Seastar. She likes AND loves her. Annica has always been the calming presence for Simone's "Wild Card" ways, and the two of them have been inseparable since '91. They have been fortunate enough to be roommates in California, co-workers at Macys.com, and criss-cross coasts they've lived on frequently. Simone is so grateful to have Annica by her side in life, and her wedding day would of course follow suit.

They met Simone's freshman year at Cal, and haven't stopped being Wifeys ever since. Over the years, there have been many a road trip, many a ridiculously large sunglasses-clad photo shoot, so many bad decisions, good decisions, hard times, good times, bad hair, good hair...let's just say that we've aged like a fine wine and the mid 2000s were weird for fashion choices and hairstyles. ;) Nowadays, Ashley is truly Simone's big sister and has effortlessly been guiding her through the new journey of being a mama.

Simone's "Lil' Sis" from the sorority at Cal, and frequent long distance phone call friend. I don't know if we could count the number of cheesy, heart-felt, and well-timed cards we have sent one another over the years. Becca is certainly glad she no longer has a limit on text messages on her cell phone plan, with the length of texts Simone used to send her (that would inevitably break up into 3 separate texts...y'all remember those days.). For memories, giggle fests, cry fests, long hugs, road trips with country music blasting, Becca is Simone's gal.

Danielle Corona

Smelly to Simone's Wams. Besties since Gamma Phi at Cal, when Danielle did not live in the house, but often would surprise Simone when she'd be snuggled under her comforter in between classes. Their friendship has been through all of life's ups and downs - and Simone is so lucky to have seen Danielle's daughters as they've grown up (and now son!), and now have Danielle help guide her as she is learning the ropes of mamahood. The top users of the now defunct Houseparty app, they have always been huge proponents of answering the phone with a high pitched voice, and one day will open their own fancy cookie design and party planning company.

Erin Wilson

Simone and Erin met on Simone's first day of Kindergarten in Walnut Creek, and Erin was assigned to be the new girl's friend. Simone came home and told her mom she wanted pigtails like Erin had. :D Since then, the two have scattered themselves across the country pursuing their life goals, and have stayed friends ever since - including Simone moving to NYC in 2017 when Erin and her twin Casey were both also living there. Erin has been there for so many wedding planning steps already, including trying on rings, dresses, and visiting the florist with Zoe in the Berkshires.

Faye Arbues

Ex-Roomie x2. Faye and Simone were randomly assigned as roommates in a triple in Griffiths Hall their freshman year at Cal, and have been friends ever since. Through fate and good timing, Faye was Simone's first roommate in NYC. The two of them loved decorating their two bedroom apartment (with washer and dryer in unit!! Hard to come by!) with cheap-o couches that had the arms fall off, and plenty of throw pillows from Home Goods and they also loved being able to start the day with coffee and gossip from the night before on said couch. During Simone's first August in NYC, Faye was also the one who egged Simone on to swipe right on Jack on OKCupid, saying - you have to see if his Obama impression is any good. ;)

Simone's known K-boo since she was just a little teeny baby in her mom's belly. She's been so lucky to have gotten to be there along the way as she's grown into an awesome young lady.

Quintin Demarsico

Quintin, aka "Goose," is Jack's younger brother and partner in crime for 21 years. An expert skier, kayaker, firewood hauler/stacker and current psychology major at Castleton University, Quintin is 12 years younger than Jack, which means he learned many great things from him such as; a love for oldies radio, the ability to quote episodes of Frasier, and how combing your hair in the kitchen will always illicit an annoyed reaction from your mom!

Ryan Ross

Ryan Ross has been Jack's best friend since they were 16, figuring out the most ridiculous ways to break the rules at St. Josephs High School. They shared an oven-hot studio apartment in Brooklyn during the summer of 2009 with just a rotating table fan; they create fake arguments about everything to entertain each other, like who Bruce Springsteen would be better friends with (Jack obviously); and Jack was the best man at Ryan's wedding. There are too many ridiculous stories that can be put here, but Jack's in-laws will be reading this...

Patrick Maguire

The only two freshmen at MCLA in the Fall of 2007 with braces, Patrick and Jack's first conversation was non-surprisingly about classic rock music. It was Pat who introduced Jack to the Grateful Dead's music, and for that he owes everyone, especially Simone, an apology. Pat and Jack have been roommates, musical collaborators, concert buddies, TV quote connoisseurs and best pals for almost half their lives now

Anthony Irwin

Introduced at the age of 20, Jack and "Irwin" have been close both in height and in life ever since. Irwin made sure Jack held to his word and moved to NYC, and then acted as a sherpa for the formative beginning of his life there with frequent trips to the Keg and Lantern, Rocka Rolla and Anna Marie's Pizza. Few people have made Jack lose his breath laughing quite like Irwin, and Irwin has never grown bored of filming Jack eating and playing it back in slow motion on a big screen TV. Irwin is like a brother to all his buddies and its no wonder he finds himself part of this gang of groomsman

Meeting in college, Jack and Will became close friends through many a late night of Call of Duty, many Sundays of NFL football, and, modestly put, a few beers along the way. Will and Jack have been roommates, regular customers together at Sunswicks, The Bohemian Hall, Oliver's and all the other restaurants/bars in Astoria, Queens. But most important, they're a couple of Girl Dads inevitably hurtling towards learning how to braid hair. Their daughters are destined to be best friends, just like their dogs Samson and Wylie!

Dominick Dellos

Dom and Jack met at the first Company either worked for in NYC. At ALM Media, Jack and Dom played on the men's league basketball team, with Dom dragging Jack's out-of-shape lanky self up and down a court for two 20 minute halves. Dom takes basketball just a bit more seriously than Jack, and was not afraid to let him know he should not be taking three-point shots. "That's NOT the shot we're looking for!!" From going to baseball games to watching the NBA Draft at the Keg and Lantern in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, Dom was one of the best friends Jack ever made in NYC.

Josè Echegaray

Jack and Jose met while working together at BLBG Law, but officially at the JP Morgan Challenge 5k in Central Park. In five years of working together Jose and Jack became brothers in arms in the legal professional world, and more recently as new dads to amazing kids. Able to quote any Austin Powers or Ace Ventura movie, it was almost impossible for Jose to avoid this friendship.

Josh and Jack met at St. Joseph's High School more than half their life ago, and both call Pittsfield home. One of Jack's closest confidants, Josh, and his wife Lauren were able to sneak in a trip to visit Jack and Simone in 2020, one week before pandemonium. This is where Jack learned that he can not expect all of his friends to eat falafel and shawarma and just be fine with it.

Simone and Meg met while both working at Macys.com in San Francisco, and their first time actually hanging out was at a Rascal Flatts concert. This brunette and blonde duo have somehow always managed to get up to no good together, and were lucky to get to live in NYC at the same time. Girl time always means giggling, gossiping, Meg picking out outfits for Simone, and she's so happy to have her as a part of her life and bridal party too.
