Airports to fly into

It can feel like a bit of a journey to get to where we are by airplane, so we recommend setting flight alerts to keep an eye out on ticket prices. There are two international airports you can fly into to get to North Bennington, VT. They are Bradley International Airport (Abbreviation: BDL; Hartford, CT) and Albany International Airport (Abbreviation: ALB; Albany, NY). We'd recommend a car for being up here for the weekend, it'll make sightseeing much easier, but there are also taxis, Ubers, and Lyfts available in the area. They just aren't as plentiful as in a big city area. ;) If you are traveling solo and want to see about carpooling with others to and from the airports to Bennington, please let us know so we can help coordinate for you.

Hotel

Hampton Inn Bennington

We have a block of rooms of varying sizes booked at the Hampton Inn in Bennington, VT, which is about 7 mins drive from the wedding venue. We will have buses shuttling to and from the venue - specific detailed schedule to come. If you choose to book online, you will enter the code EDW in the group code section (you must book through a Hilton channel - no 3rd parties such as Expedia, Booking.com, etc). When you go to book online for the Hampton Inn, it will list a more expensive price than what our room block costs. Our room rate is $199+ tax, and that should pop up when you add in our booking code: EDW. You can also call the hotel to book by mentioning the group code (EDW) or the Epstein-Deming Wedding and dates you are looking for. The rooms are bookable anytime before April 12, 2023. Also, if you think you would like early check-in at the hotel, they will do the best they can to get you in. Just call into the hotel to request, and our Sales Manager will work with the front desk to arrange once the time gets closer.
