6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
This is a cute, family-run spot Christopher and I visited twice during our last stay. Come for the carbs and stay for the sweet owner, Cosimo.
9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Join us for an awesome food tour through “La Grassa” (the fat one) AKA Bologna! We’ll meet around 9am to take the train into Bologna, where we’ll meet our guides who will take us on a culinary adventure. Depending on group size we’ll have three departure times, 10AM, 10:30AM, and 11AM, and the tour will last two hours. We will be covering the cost of the tour; transportation will be on your own, but we will provide train details closer to the date. Come hungry for this! https://mybologna.com/
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
After our return train from Bologna, those with wedding duties and those who just want to tag along, please meet at the church at 4pm for our wedding rehearsal.
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Once we’ve finished up the wedding rehearsal, all are welcome to our rehearsal dinner at 6:30 pm at Il Pacchero for some pizza and beautiful views of the Arno River.
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
You will have the entire morning free for exploration! Then at 4pm sharp it's time for official business: we will be having a Catholic wedding ceremony at Santi Apostoli. It will last approximately one hour, and those who are Catholic are invited to partake in Communion. After the ceremony we will be taking pictures which means there will be approximately two more hours of free time before dinner. We suggest some last minute souvenir shopping, an aperitivo in a picturesque piazza, or taking in a pre-meal passeggiata (evening stroll).
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Tutti a tavola a mangiare! Everyone to the table to eat! Dinner will be at 7:30PM. Fun fact about this place: notables such as Enrico Caruso and Rudolph Valentino have also enjoyed the very same view during their time at the Hotel Baglioni.
