Map of ceremony and reception site. The Four Seasons shuttle will drop guests off at the cul-de-sac. There is then a 0.16 mile walk on a paved path to the wedding island for the ceremony. Golf cart transportation will be offered for those needing assistance. The Four Seasons shuttle will remain at the cul-de-sac to drive guests back to the Nordic Clubhouse for cocktail hour and the reception.

HOW DO I GET TO THE CEREMONY/RECEPTION LOCATION FROM MY HOTEL/LODGING?

Answer

If you are staying at the four seasons, there will be a shuttle to and from the Four Seasons Hotel to the Vail Nordic Center for the ceremony and reception. If you are driving a private vehicle, you will likely need to uber to the ceremony/reception location since there minimal parking spaces, which will be used for our awesome vendors :)

WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Ceremony- Outdoors, there will be a short 0.16 mile walk on a paved path to a grassy area. Cocktail Hour & Reception - Primarily Indoors, the patio will also be open with heaters and fire pits.
