The closest neighborhoods to the wedding venue are Lake Claire, Kirkwood, Little Five Points, and Oakhurst. The Friday and Sunday events are in Oakhurst. These are residential neighborhoods, so Airbnb or VRBO will be the closest options; there are also hotels that are 15-20 min away. We are happy to answer questions about specific areas of town or any safety questions.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will all be outside.
It will be very hot during the day but maybe a little chilly at night -- please check the weather in advance and dress accordingly. The wedding vibe is semi formal to formal attire, but we're not picky -- wear whatever you are comfortable in! Examples: Sundresses, floral prints, cocktail dresses, Saree, Kurta shalwar, lengha, rompers, suits in lighter hues, nice short sleeved shirt, or whatever you want! For Friday and Sunday, attire is casual.

Strongly recommend carpooling and ride sharing for Friday event. There is limited parking at the restaurant. For the wedding on Saturday, there is a parking lot at the top of the hill, next to the Frazer Center (aka atrium). Walk or take a golf cart down the hill to get to the garden. *If you did not RSVP for Friday and Sunday, please do so asap so that we can make sure there will be enough food and alcohol.

Cator Woolford Gardens Smoking Policy
Smoking is NOT permitted in the buildings or under tents. CWG will provide cigarette disposal receptacles in specified locations in the Gardens. At the Atrium, there is a designated smoking area located on the north side of the building. Smoking is NOT permitted in the Courtyard, located on the south side of the Atrium, in front of the Atrium, or in the parking lot.
