We are monitoring the pandemic situation as it changes as closely as we can and will adapt accordingly. At the moment since the event is planned to be fully outdoors, masks will only be required while grabbing food at the buffet. We expect everyone to take their own risk level into account, and request you to be fully vaccinated and/or have a negative Covid test within 48 hours of the event. Additionally, we request you not attend should you be feeling under the weather on the day of our wedding.
Semi-formal garden attire. Note that the ceremony and reception sites are all on the lawn, so please make considerate choices when it comes to footwear! Also, the event will take place fully outdoors and it tends to get a bit breezy when the sun goes down, so please bring a jacket or sweater for the evening.
The Hotels tab above lists our recommendations, both within 10 minutes drive of our venue, and with a variety of convenient restaurants and shopping nearby.
Ardenwood has a sizeable parking lot which will accommodate all of our guests.
Please plan to arrive between 5:00 and 5:20 - our ceremony begins promptly at 5:30.
Ardenwood has some specific rules about guest activity and conduct: - No smoking or vaping of any kind on the premises (this includes the parking lot). - No hard alcohol of any kind on the premises. - No pets allowed; if you anticipate requiring a service animal to accompany you, please let us know ahead of time. - RICE, BIRDSEED, CONFETTI, BALLOONS, GLITTER, FIREWORKS, SPARKLERS, TIKI-TORCHES and BUBBLES are not allowed on the premises; however, sterilized birdseed, native flower petals, lavender buds may be used. Eco-Friendly decor only. No whipping cream, sparklers, shaving cream, toilet paper, cans, balloons, bubbles or confetti are allowed to be decorated on the newlywed car or used to celebrate on the property. If in doubt, please ask Sara, Mathias, or a member of the wedding party.
Open bar serving beer and wine to begin immediately following the ceremony through dinner, and champagne to be served for toasts with dinner.

Please check the Registry tab above for information regarding gifts. There will be a card box to accept any notes and cards at our guestbook station on our wedding day. Please do not bring any gifts to the venue; gifts ordered through Zola will be delivered to our home.
