Q+A

The Wedding Website of Kelsey Rae Dunckel and Ryan Patrick Conlon
Everything you need to know about the wedding weekend should be covered here. If you still have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Kelsey and Ryan.
Question

Is transportation provided from the hotels to the wedding?

Answer

For our guests staying at The Holman Riverfront Hotel & The Grand Hotel, we have a shuttle service taking guests to AND from the wedding. One bus will do two, round-trip services, picking up guests at 3:30 PM and 4:15 PM at The Salem Convention Center (underneath the porte cochere). This is conveniently located across the street and to the right of The Holman Riverfront Park Hotel, and it is connected to The Grand Hotel. Search "Salem Convention Center" in Google Maps to find shuttle location.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

If you do intend to drive to the venue, parking is available. However, we do recommend you use the shuttle services or Uber, to and from the venue, as we want you to make it home safely.

Question

Is Uber available?

Answer

Uber is available within Salem; however, it is limited. We recommend utilizing the shuttle services or car-pool with friends and family to and from the venue.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Absolutely!

Question

Are there room blocks?

Answer

We arranged room blocks with great rates at The Holman Riverfront Park Hotel and The Grand Hotel, conveniently located in downtown Salem and across the street from one another. Check out the travel tab of our website for more information, including cut-off dates.

Question

Are there Airbnb options?

Answer

Yes, but very limited. If you have any trouble finding an Airbnb, please contact the bride and groom for assistance.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP via our website. Just type in your name and your invitation will pop up. You'll be able to RSVP for all guests noted on your invitation. If you have any problems, please contact the bride and groom. We kindly request all responses be received no later than MAY 1ST!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation specifies "and guest", you are more than welcome to do so. If not, we would prefer it just be you due to limited space at the venue.

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Smart Casual! Sundresses, long skirts, or jumpsuits for women; nice shirts and slacks for men. Please no jeans, t-shirts, flip flops, or tennis shoes.

Question

Should I let you know of my dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We are having a buffet-style dinner, with a vegetarian, gluten-free, and children's option. However, if you have serious dietary restrictions or allergies, please specify this in your RSVP, or contact the bride and groom directly. We want to make sure our guests are healthy and happy during the celebrations.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We are registered at Zola, via our wedding website. You can navigate over to our registry at the top of the page, under "Registry". We understand Oregon is quite a journey for many of you, and we believe your presence is the best gift of all. If you still wish to gift us with something extra, cash gifts can be given via our "Newlywed Fund".

Question

How can I share my photos and videos of the weekend?

Answer

We set up a Guestpix account for guests to upload their personal videos and photos of the wedding and wedding weekend! You do not need to have an account to upload. It's simple: you just scan the QR code and upload your content! You can also leave a message via our video guestbook. Share a favorite memory of the bride and/or groom or your best advice. We look forward to reflecting on them in the years to come. Access the portal here: https://my.guestpix.com/Guest/Access/35851/0OfaH8Xn
