Raise a Glass: Welcome to Our Wedding Weekend

4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

For guests arriving before the wedding day, join Kelsey and Ryan for happy hour at the Holman Riverfront Park Hotel in the Ballroom. This casual gathering is a perfect chance to say hello and mingle before the big day. We will have small bites and drinks for you to enjoy!

Wedding Day

4:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Smart Casual: Sundresses, long skirts, or jumpsuits for women; Nice shirts and slacks for men. No jacket or tie necessary. Please no jeans or flip flops.

Shuttle Services: For our guests staying at The Holman Riverfront Park Hotel & The Grand Hotel, we have a shuttle service taking guests to AND from the wedding. One bus will do two, round-trip services, picking up guests at 3:30 PM and 4:15 PM at The Salem Convention Center (underneath the porte cochere). This is conveniently located across the street and to the right of The Holman Riverfront Hotel, and it is connected to The Grand Hotel. For location, search "Salem Convention Center" in Google Maps. Our happy hour reception will be from 4:00 PM to 5:15 PM with cocktails, light bites, and lawn games! Get to know your fellow guests! Please arrive at the venue no later than 5:15 PM. Day Excursion: Floating the Willamette

10:30 am - 2:30 pm

River Attire: bathing suit, bucket hat (of course), sunscreen, & water shoes (crocs, Chacos, etc.)

If you are staying for the weekend, Kelsey and Ryan planned a fun and local excursion for guests: floating down the Willamette! All expenses paid including: transportation, drinks/food, and kayaks/inner tubes. Please note: this is a 3 to 4-hour trip. No experience needed, but the trip requires a low to medium activity level. If a float is not your style, that's okay! Under the Things To Do tab, Kelsey and Ryan created a list of fun, Oregonian activities for you to choose from. Shuttle Services: We have shuttle services taking guests to the river drop-off point (Riverview Park Beach: Independence, Oregon). Guests should be in front of their respective hotels 5 minutes before departure. The Grand Hotel departure: 9:45 AM The Holman Riverfront Park Hotel: 9:55 AM Please RSVP by MAY 1st.
