Is there a dress code?

Cocktail Attire: Men: We suggest a suit or slacks, dress shirt, tie, and blazer. Women: We suggest a midi or knee length dress or dressy separates (can include a business jumpsuit)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Arrive no later than 3:45 to ensure you can find a seat within in the chapel.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our invitations were sent with the utmost care, and due to constraints at the reception location, we cannot allow additional guests not considered at the time we sent invitations. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of the little ones in our friends lives, we kindly request that unless absolutely necessary children not be at the wedding or reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

While we will make every attempt to accommodate food allergies, we cannot guarantee the kitchen at our reception location will be capable of making every allergy request a reality. However, if there is an allergen we need to know about to check beforehand, we are happy to do so to keep our loved ones safe and well fed!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both locations have ample parking: Wedding Ceremony Location Snidow Chapel: 100 College Street, Lynchburg, VA 24501 *This will take you the the circular drive next to the chapel for easy drop off. To park there is an upper lot with additional parking at the bottom. Reception Location: Oakwood Country Club: 3409 Rivermont Ave. Lynchburg, VA 24503
