Rosemary Bluff

This cliffside dwelling is on the southern most lot of the entire complex and as such is among the most secluded. The lady on the phone seemed to think it was next level in it's own way, comparing the views to San Luis Obispo and Monterey. It's got a lot of the great things about the condo units but it's huge and has all sorts of little nooks and crannies. Since it's the fanciest of the bunch, we switched things around and this is now officially the site of the set up day, reception and post-wedding brunch.

Point of View

This is the second of the ones we've already reserved and is now the site of the rehearsal cocktails and the fourth of July barbecue. It's got epic views all around and hopefully enough room for all of us to party indoors on the day of the event. It's also got well apointed bedrooms for the other half of the parents and the folks who are helping out. Bonus feature, a bunk bed room for kids, or anyone who is too drunk to get back to their cabin the night of the event. When we went in May for the site visit, they were in the process of building a hot tub in the back yard, so fingers crossed!

Moore 9

This is going to be where Rocky and Jamie are staying and also the site of the welcome party and ladies hair and make up preparations. It's the original home of Sea Ranch architect Charles Moore and there is literally a full scale mock up of it at the SFMOMA right now. It's got the epic window boxes, the four poster bed and a secret compartment that rises out of the coffee table if you move the lamb, but no hot tub.

Delphinus

We were trying to get this one for honeymoon suite but we failed and got Moore 9 and Towson instead It's the most preserved of all the original condo units and has the added touch of super expensive period furniture. It's also on the cliff with that great dining area for cocktails and has the original four poster bed that the condos are famous for, but no hot tub, so we're counting on you to get all the ones with hot tubs. The Beach House

This place sleeps 10, is on the beach and has a hot tub in the center. Not the most OG of the selections but it's recently renovated and it's got a hot tub. If you were thinking, "Why don't we all just party together!" this might the one for you. Especially for Fourth of July. [Unavailable]

Escape at Wild Moor

This place sleeps 6 and has some great Sea Ranch features like the open floor plan, the second tier dinning table, the crows nest bedroom, and all the cool window boxes. It's also got a hot tub, which makes it a strong contender. [Unavailable]

This is one of Jamie's favorites and among the most affordable of the lot. It sleeps 8, so if you're thinking about saving money and partying in a group, this might be the one for you. It's got great interior design, great furniture and a cool picnic table out back, but no hot tub. [Unavailable]

Dune Drift

This is Rocky's favorite of the affordable ones. It's got cool interior design and modest furniture, but it sleeps 6 and has a hot tub. If we get a lot of people who want to keep it cheap and party in a group, this could be a good one. [Unavailable]

Amar El Mar

This one sleeps 6 and is possibly the nicest of the forest house options. It also has great furniture, a super cool tri-level open floor plan and a hot tub deck overlooking the ocean from the hill on the opposite side of the road. Highly recommended. [Unavailable]

Another one of the original architect houses, this one sleeps 4 and is up on the hill on the opposite side of the road. Another good one for families, it's got a lot of cool interior design, period accurate furniture, and a private hot tub off the main bedroom. [Reserved by Tati.]

This is the one Rocky and I would get if we were just up that way on a normal date. It's super cozy, has period furniture, and most importantly, hot tub. If you're on a date and also trying to save money, this one might be for you. Sleeps 2. [Unavailable]

Another one that's great if you're a couple trying to save money. Among the most affordable in the place, it's up on the hill, has cozy furniture and plenty of weird skylights. If you're looking for a vibe of what it's like to live here for real, this is it. [Unavailable]

Towson "The View"

We saved the best of the cheap couple ones for last. This one sleeps 2, is on the coast and has a hot tub. It's basically a one room efficiency, but an amazing one. Great for those of you on a date that are also trying to save money. [Unavailable, but reserved by Rocky and Jamie for a mini-moon.]
