8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
We'll have a caravan of friends and family coming up from San Francisco on this day and have a lot to unload at the different homes, so we plan to keep this low-key with a small crew and a nightcap at this architectural gem where the two of us are staying. Perhaps bring a case of your favorite local brew? (It’s also Tati’s birthday!)
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Comfortable Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
After a long day of preparing for the wedding and a short rehearsal at the Sea Ranch Chapel, we want to give everyone a chance to drink and hang out at this classy but laid-back home, which has a big patio and (tentatively) a hot tub! Ambient set by Ed Garro aka DJ UFO!
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Even in the best of times, Sea Ranch Chapel limits the number of guests to a measly 20 people, and with the current COVID restrictions that number has been limited even further to "5 blood family members" including the couple, the officiant and the photographers. The COVID restrictions were recently loosened to allow 10 people but it looks like we need to move ahead with the original plan of half the guests at the ceremony and half the guests watching remotely from the reception site. We promise it's going to be an experience, even for those of you watching remotely.
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We're going to attempt to livestream the entire wedding for the folks back home including the ceremony, the reception, all the music and the visuals. We're also going to help folks do a virtual toast over video phone. We've been working on this really hard for our company, so we're super proud to show you all how good it can be! Shout out to Ed and Blue on camera and OBS.
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
We are technically not supposed to be having a wedding at any of these places, but we did our best to pick one that was secluded and would accommodate everyone together for cocktails, a picnic (i.e. no formal sit-down dinner), and an epic cliffside view. Soundtrack provided by our DJ of Honor, Chris Orr. <3
11:00 am - 3:00 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Return to the site of the reception for a fruit, yogurt, and granola (covid-friendly) buffet, accompanied by coffee, tea, brunch cocktails and tunes by the Man of Honor, Vic Escala!
3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Beach Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals.
Did we mention this is our 10 year anniversary? Hopefully America is still around and we can celebrate with beers, BBQ, and an unforgettable sunset as we wind down from a crazy weekend (and 16 months of quarantine). We've got the burgers and hot dogs. BYOB (but we'll probably also have leftover booze from the wedding). Sunset DJ set by Jamie & Rocky!
