We're so excited to share a few of our favorite places in the area with you. Downtown Annapolis has so much to offer!

Historical Walking Tour of the United States Naval Academy

121 Blake Road, Annapolis, MD 21402

Tours are a must-do at the Naval Academy. You'll enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at the life of a midshipman, the rich and tumultuous history of one of the greatest fighting forces on Earth, and the breathtaking scenery.

Explore the Annapolis Historic District

The Historic District is amazing to walk around and explore. Go on a self-guided historical tour, walk and take in the architecture, enjoy some fresh oysters, or treat yourself to some local ice cream!

Explore Waterfront Downtown Annapolis

100 Street State Circle, Annapolis, Maryland 21401

Start at the Maryland State House, and go explore! Head East towards the water to pass a ton of historic landmarks like the William Paca House and Garden, Saint Mary's Church, and so many cute shops and restaurants. Stop and have some delicious brunch at the Iron Rooster, or a pint or two at McGarvey's Saloon. Keep walking towards the water to find the moving Knute Kinte- Alex Haley Memorial.

Annapolis Spring Sailboat Show

City Dock, Annapolis, MD

Our wedding weekend just so happens to fall on the same weekend as the annual Annapolis Spring Sailboat Show! Take some time to peruse the rows and rows of gorgeous sailboats parked all along downtown's waterfront. With sailing being a long standing tradition for Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay, this event brings in people from all over the country to enjoy the boats from all over the world.
