Reno is the closest "large" airport it is about a 3 hour drive from June Lake.

Mammoth Lakes Airport

Mammoth Lakes airport is a very small airport but does have flights, it is about a 40 minute drive to June Lake. To fly into mammoth lakes you will need to book a flight first to Hawthorne-LA (HHR) or Carlsbad (CLD), these airports fly into mammoth directly on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. They also offer shuttles to Hawthorne from LAX if you fly in there first.

Bishop regional airport has direct flights from San Francisco and Denver. It is about an hour drive from the Bishop airport to June Lake.
