If flying, please fly into the Portland, OR (PDX) airport. Remember the wedding ceremony STARTS Friday afternoon at 4:00 pm. Allow yourself time to rest and get ready after you land!
Please book your lodging ASAP, it is recommended that lodging for the Hood River area is booked 6-8 months ahead of time. Hotel blocks are NOT available.
Our Shuttle Service, Shanghai Shuttle, will stop at the Best Western Plus parking lot at approximately 3:15 pm. Anyone can find parking and take the shuttle, not just hotel guests.
The shuttle can hold 40 people, and those spots are for those who expressed the need for the shuttle service via the RSVP. If you RSVPd that you did not plan to use the shuttle, there is not room for you on the shuttle. If you are uncertain on wether you or your party has a spot, please contact the bride and groom- we did take maybes or “unsure” into account.
The Shuttle will pick up guests from the venue at 9:45 and will stop back at the Best Western Plus parking lot.
