Our Wedding Day Schedule
We will start off with our outdoor wedding ceremony at 4:00 pm. Guests can arrive starting at 3:00 pm. Shuttle information is provided below and on the Travel and FAQ pages,
At the conclusion of the ceremony, guests will move to the outdoor reception area for cocktails.
Our formal reception will begin around 5:30 pm with a delicious Farm-To-Table dining experience catered by Celilo Catering.
Shuttle bus service will run from the Best Western Plus Hotel parking lot. You do NOT need to be a hotel guest to park there and use the shuttle. The shuttle is only for those who expressed a need for it via their RSVP, as there is limited spots and most spots are full.
Pick up from the hotel is 3-3:15 pm. The shuttle will return to the venue at 9:45 pm to return guests to the Best Western Plus parking lot. The night is young, we hope to see many of you out on the town afterwards!

Cocktail and Garden Attire: Floral prints, suits in lighter hues, fun hats, and dressy jumpsuits. Attire such as cocktail dresses, dark jackets and slacks, are also appropriate. Please do not wear predominantly white clothing, clothing with white in it is okay, white shoes are okay. Wedding colors of blues, greens, and purples are encouraged but not necessary.
Guests may arrive beginning at 3:00 pm, champagne will be available upon arrival. Outdoor Ceremony to start at 4:00 pm. Outdoor Cocktail hour to start at 4:30 pm. Covered outdoor Reception to start at 5:30 pm. https://www.theorchardhoodriver.com/
