We have reserved a private room at the Hyatt to kick off the weekend! Beer, wine, hard seltzer, soft drinks, and assorted flatbreads will be available.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
We have two 55-passenger party buses that will be stationed right outside the front of the Hyatt, towards curb on the left starting at 4:15pm on Saturday. Once the first bus is full it will head to Sunken Meadow to take guests to the ceremony, and both busses will leave the Hyatt by 4:30pm. The busses will have signs that say Radigan-Newton Wedding: Sunken Meadow Pavilion, be sure to board the correct busses. Return shuttles will leave Sunken Meadow at 11:00pm and return to the Hyatt around 11:30pm.
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Beach Semi-Formal Attire: Dresses of any length, dressy rompers, linen suits, nice button-down short-sleeve shirts, nice shorts (e.g., chinos), sunglasses, etc. are all acceptable. The ceremony will take place in the sand so we recommend skipping the stilettos or heavy suit jackets. Ties and bowties are welcome but not necessary. Don't forget your dancing shoes for the reception!
Ceremony will be on the beach in front of the Pavilion. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30. Guests should aim to arrive earlier to ensure that they have time to find a seat before the ceremony starts. Refreshments will be available pre-ceremony starting at 5:00pm. A cocktail hour will be available in the tent on the boardwalk next to the Pavilion immediately following the ceremony. Dinner will occur in an air-conditioned, enclosed space, while dancing will be under an adjacent open-air tent on the boardwalk.
