Downtown Monterey is busy. We highly recommend taking an Uber or walking from your hotel. Please take this into account and allow enough time to arrive before the start of the ceremony.

If you're staying the weekend take a drive to Big Sur! If you're really wanting to have yourself a day, check out the restaurant Nepenthe. It's quite a drive from Monterey but worth it.
Carmel-by-the-Sea

Only about 10 minutes from Monterey. It's a one square mile village with a unique charm. A great place to grab a drink and dinner. Fun fact! Clint Eastwood was once mayor.
Alvarado Street

Just around the corner from the wedding venue. Alvarado Street is filled with fun restaurants and bars. It's also a walk to the iconic Fisherman's Warf.
Canary Row
Monterey, CA
Cannery Row is the waterfront street bordering the city of Pacific Grove, but officially in the New Monterey section of Monterey, California. It was the site of a number of now-defunct sardine canning factories. The last cannery closed in 1973.
