Question
Are children allowed at the wedding?
Answer
While you know that we love your children very much, due to safety concerns at our venue, we are having a child free wedding (with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearers)! Our venue is directly on the river, with no safety barriers or mechanisms to keep the children away from the 11 foot drop to the water. We want everyone to be safe and comfortable and able to relax with us on our big day! If you have any questions about this, let us know!!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm so we suggest arriving around 3:30pm to ensure that all guests have ample time to park and get situated prior to the start.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is enough parking for all of our guests on site at the venue and there will be people on hand to help direct you.

Where will you be living after the wedding?
Answer
Rachel is going to move to Akron to be with Dan but they hope to move back south in the future to be closer to friends and family.

Where are you going for your honeymoon?
Answer
We are going to Chincoteague, VA for our honeymoon!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
No, there is no dress code! We just ask that you dress in something you would be happy to photographed in and comfortable enough to dance in! Additionally, consider the outdoor venue when contemplating your clothing choice.

When our formal invitations go out, we will make the RSVP portion of this website live and you will RSVP right here! So be sure to come check our website again, once you receive your formal invite!
