House Or Rental

On Site Camping Or Cabins

Starting Friday at 5pm we have cabin and camping availability at the venue. This is at no cost to you. The cabins are more on the rustic side, though most have air conditioning. Depending on which cabin, each sleeps between 6-18 people. There are few private rooms available. The beds are thin camping mattresses and bunk beds, some double person, most are single. You will need to supply your own linens (sheets, towels, pillows, blankets). However, if you are are unable to do this please let us know in advance and we will bring you a set. A few of the cabins have a kitchen with small fridges, there is access to a large commercial kitchen in dining hall. Do not worry, we will not put you in a room with strangers. Cabins will be assigned after RSVPS close. You may choose to bring your own tent and there are plenty of spaces for you to set up. There are a few canvas tents set up on platforms around the property which are also an option. However, they seem a bit worn so unless you are an experienced camper I would not choose that option.

Hilton Garden Inn Rockaway

We have reserved a block of rooms for guests who are not into the great outdoors. The Hilton Garden is a 20 drive from the venue. It is $179 for a king room, $189 for 2 queens, and $209 for a deluxe. Booking is easy, you can follow the link provided and select "book a room." Please book your room by June 16th to keep the pricing. Unfortunately a shuttle was not available between the hotel and the venue. However, we will have the number for local cab service incase ubers are unavailable. If you find yourself too intoxicated to get back to your accommodations we will have extra spaces made up in the cabins for you to sleep it off.

Cobmin Ridge Motel

Cute and comfortable ski motel 7.8 miles from the venue. Prices start at 65 dollars a night. No block was available so I cannot guarantee availability.

Rolling Hills Motel

Another cozy little ski motel about 6 miles from the venue. Rates start at 108 a night. We were unable to secure a block for this space, as such I cannot guarantee rates or availability.

Flight

Newark Airport (EWR)

The most convenient airport to fly into is Newark Airport (EWR). Without traffic the venue is a 45 minute drive. I would suggest a car rental. If you cannot swing a rental car, please reach out and we will help with finding someone local to give you a ride.
