We are so grateful that many of you will be traveling across the country for our day. Below, you will find reserved hotel blocks and hotels with discounted rates. Asheville is a popular vacation spot, so there are plenty of options for you to choose. Transportation to and from the wedding venue will be provided. Buses will arrive to transport guests at The Renaissance Asheville Downtown Hotel (31 Woodfin St) at 2:45. Please arrive early as the busses will leave at 3:00PM sharp. For those staying at other hotels or Airbnbs, you are welcome to Uber/Lyft to the bus location. Busses will be leaving the venue at 8:30PM & 9:30PM to transport guests to downtown Asheville If you plan to Uber/Lyft to a pickup location, please allow extra time when reserving your ride as this time of year is one of the busiest. Additionally, Uber/Lyft availability from the wedding venue will be extremely limited, therefore it is highly recommended that you utilize the provided transportation.
