Hiking

Haw Creek Overlook Hike (11min drive): As you pass the Folk Art Center on the left, drive about 1.6 miles further to a gravel shoulder for parking. Walk down and go LEFT for 1/2 mile to the overlook; 1/2 mile back. If you want a longer hike, start at Mile Marker 381. If Blue Ridge Parkway is open, drive to Craggy Pinnacle parking lot for sunset or short hike. Lane Pinnacle overlook for sunrise. Bearwallow Hike.
