Wedding Party

Elizabeth Bohls

Bride

Paul Witkamp

Groom

Cecilia Fjeldheim

Maid of Honor

Ceci is a nurse in Eureka, and a farm wife/mom in Herreid, SD. She is Liza's only sister, best friend, and they have way too many memories together to mention here. She has seen Liza at her best and her worst, but has always been there for her. She is the younger sister, but always seems to be leading the way in life. Liza is so thankful for her great inspiration. Paul and Liza both look forward to her helping them grow as a married couple!

William Smith

Best Man

Will Smith (yes, that's his name) and Paul met in college while studying music. They didn't truly become friends until Ancient Mythology taught by Richard King (yes, that's his name). Neither Paul nor Will contained the maturity to ignore the obvious word play and promptly became inseparable. Throughout college and beyond they performed in various ensembles and bands. Even though they no longer live in the same city they still manage to do some collaboration in an effort to keep the music alive. Thank you, Dick King.

Lindsay Scott

Bridesmaid

Lindsay is a music teacher at Douglas Middle School in Box Elder. Liza met her through the Scott family who she has been close with since middle school. Lindsay and Liza share a love of music, bowling, and beer! After a long week at work, Liza always looks forward to Lindsay's fun and relaxed nature at Friday night bowling league!

Jordan Adams

Groomsman

Jordan and Paul have been friends for so long that Paul can't even remember how they met. All Paul can remember is that Jordan dated the chick whose locker was next to Paul's that he had a crush on (not cool). But Paul got over that stupid stuff because girls have cooties. Ever since high-school they've always had the type of relationship where no matter how much time has passed they can always laugh like none has.

Leslie Voels

Bridesmaid

Leslie is Paul's younger sister. She was the first of his siblings to get to meet Liza, and gave her a warm welcome to the family! She also hosted us for the trip we got engaged in Colorado. Leslie is an amazing mother and will hopefully be giving us parenting tips someday down the road. Liza already has the best sister, but is looking forward to adding such a wonderful sister-in-law!

Blake Boucher

Groomsman

Blake and Paul met in college despite growing up only 11 minutes away from one another. They've had some crazy times since they've been roommates a lot over the years. Between the occasional rowdy Halloween party, the seldom apartment flood, and his cat Moose's traumatizing urinary tract infection, it's been bonkers. Hopefully Blake will bring that jubilant vigor he's known for along to South Dakota to help Paul and Liza celebrate their wedding!

Joe Parrett

Bridesman

Joe works for the water reclamation facility in Rapid City. Liza and Joe were bandmates in Central High School, but really became close in college at South Dakota State University, dinking around in the dorms, marching in the band together, and having all sorts of roommate shenannigans. Joe is one of those friends that you can go days without talking to, and then pick back up right up where you left off with no trouble at all. Whether it be concerts, nerdy science jokes, or cats... they can always find something to bullshit about!

Sean Obringer

Groomsman

Sean is the first person Paul made friends with when he started studying music at Ball State University. They played music and worked on A LOT of recording projects together. Spending long nights in the studio troubleshooting routing, hoping musicians show up, and toiling over what could possibly be one of the worst remixes known to man (sorry Will) has made them friends for life. Paul is glad to have had someone so goofy to pal around with.

For all the days along the way
