Sylvan Lake Lodge

We will be having our ceremony outside the Sylvan Lake Auditorium. The resort has a number of different cabin options or rooms at the lodge. While we understand it may be early to be making travel plans, Custer State Park Resort's accommodations book very quickly. Outside of the Park, options are limited, and you can expect a drive time of 20 minutes or more from our reception location. We are only able to set up a small block of rooms that are now open to the public to reserve as well. If you are at all interested in reserving a room or cabin on site, the Sylvan Lake Lodge recommends that you call and make your reservations as soon as possible so that you have the best possible chance of getting a room or cabin type that works for you. Call 1-888-875-0001 to make your reservations and reference the Bohls/Witkamp Wedding at the Sylvan Lake Lodge on Saturday, June 21, 2025 when calling. If there are no units in the block that suit your needs, you can ask what is available outside of the block, instead. Be prepared to charge the first and last night's deposit when making your reservation. If you do have to cancel, this deposit is refundable less a $25 cancellation fee if you do so at least 15 days in advance.

If we get enough interest we might block some rooms in Hill City along with shuttle service to and from. If you are interested in this please message Liza as soon as possible at 605-484-6192 so we can get a count to see if it is enough to book a shuttle.
