What Time Should I Arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony will start on time at 4:00 pm! We will have shuttles for our guests that will begin at The Westin Downtown at 3:00 pm. If you are not taking a provided shuttle please plan on arriving at the venue no later than 3:40 pm.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If your invitation says, "and guest"- yes! Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
Question
Is transportation provided?
Answer
Yes! We will have shuttles to transport our guests to and from the venue. They will depart from The Westin Downtown at 2:50 pm. All shuttles will return back to downtown Nashville after the last dance at around 10:30 pm.

Yes! There is parking at the venue.
