We are kicking things off with some drinks, light bites, and mild boot scootin' at our favorite speak easy style bar - Flamingo Cocktail Club! Nestled secretly behind a coffee shop, Flamingo offers impeccable vibes + craft cocktails making it the perfect place to get the party started. We will be offering light bites + plan on staying there to continue the party past 8:30 so please make dinner plans before if possible! Attire: WESTERN PARTY CHIC! The Wedding

Time for the big day!! From the giant oak tree to the magical 100 year old barn - we are so excited to share our special venue and vows with you all as we make this thing official! Our ceremony will start promptly at 4pm so please don't follow Nicole's lead by arriving late :) Cocktail hour, dinner, drinking, dancing, and more drinking to follow! Attire: Black Tie Optional. We want our guests to look and feel their best! Please Note: The ceremony is on grass and cocktail hour is on gravel so we recommend block heels or heel covers. Nashville weather in October can be unpredictable - please check the weather and plan accordingly. We are providing shuttles from The Westin Downtown to Southall Meadows. Shuttles will depart from The Westin at 2:50pm... don't be late! :)

BBQ Meetup & Honky Tonk Bar Crawl (optional - but like, not really)

We are closing out the weekend with a proper Sunday Funday (Nashville Style). The day will kick off with a meet up at one of our favorite BBQ spots Martin's BBQ (11 am - 1 pm) before we bar hop around the infamous Broadway District also known as "Nashvegas". Attire: Denim on Denim...because we can't turn down an opportunity for a coordinated look and/or Canadian tuxedo. Don your finest denim look and join us for a day you won't forget!
