Kris is the amazing mother of the bride - as well as the maid of honor (Alexa), two bridesmaids (Jaime & Ellie), and a groomsman (Eric). She is the glue that holds the Castonguay family together. Kris loves exploring and being creative; it is likely that most of the wedding decor has been crafted by her. Nicole takes after Kris' creativity in her own life and strives to (someday) be a mom like her.

Susie Hogan

Mother of the Groom

Susie (or Sue as her son likes to call her in order to get on her nerves) is the beautiful mother of the groom - as well as bridesmaids Riley, Callie, and Claire. Susie is a Slater girl from St. Paul, and is the whip that kept (keeps) Jack in shape throughout his formative (still forming) years. She is likely extremely nervous that her immediate family's first wedding event will be planned/executed by Jack (thankfully he has Nicole to help navigate).

Keith Castonguay

Father of the Bride

Keith is the wonderful father of the bride and wedding party members Alexa, Jaime, Ellie, and Eric. He loves his 80's rock music and is into all things entrepreneurship... definitely serving as Nicole's go-to "business idea" buddy. When he's not doing either of those, you can find him enjoying a beer out on the lake. If you run into Keith at the wedding, be sure to ask him about his rock band that performs shows across the Upper Midwest.

Tom Hogan

Father of the Groom

Tom is the fun loving father of the groom and three aforementioned bridesmaids. Additionally, he dutifully serves as Susie's husband. Tom is a south-side Chicagoan who brings the heavy Irish genes to the family bloodline (as opposed to Susie's Italian contributions). If you have a beer or two with him your conversation will likely touch on the Chicago Bears' 2021 season outlook.

Alexa Castonguay

Maid of Honor

Alexa is Nicole's beloved maid of honor, partner-in-crime, and built in best friend since the day she was born. Alexa and Nicole love spending quality time together, sharing old stories and laughs while sipping on some red wine. When Alexa was studying abroad in Australia, Nicole had the opportunity to visit her and the two had a memorable time exploring Aussie-land together. Alexa has the absolute best sense of humor and a smile that lights up a room. Her and Nicole are a little over 2 years apart, have gone through everything in life together, and can't wait to experience what the future has to offer.

Ryan Gerber

Best Man

Ryan and Jack became great buddies in college while both playing baseball at the University of St. Thomas. Gerber (as he's often called) hails from small-town Wisconsin and currently resides in Hayward, WI. Jack had the pleasure of serving as Ryan's best man a couple years back - and many trips are made to Hayward each year to hang with Ryan, Mariah (bridesmaid), and their daughter Quinn (flower girl). If you find yourself having a beer - or five - with Ryan be prepared for some scorching hot takes and some Minnesota sports slander.

Jaime Castonguay

Jaime is the third-oldest Castonguay gal. She is about 4.5 years younger than Nicole and serves as another "built-in best friend". She brings the fun into the Castonguay family - especially when it comes to pranking people. Jaime is a loving, caring, and thoughtful individual. The three oldest Castonguay gals grew up running around the neighborhood together, playing house, making "news" videos, or stealing each others clothes. Here's to hoping our future kids do the same!

Jack Berigan

Groomsman

Berigan (things get confusing when multiple Jacks are referenced) is one of Jack Hogan's great friends spanning back to their elementary school days. Berigan and Hogan (as they're often called) got to forming their bond growing up blocks apart in South Minneapolis while conjointly dealing with the stark realities of having three younger sisters (all of whom are good friends with each other). The Berigan/Hogan clans still live blocks apart to this very day, however, Jack Berigan moved out to Los Angeles after his college days at Marquette. If you're having a beer with him prepare yourself for some movie quotes and some significantly above-average jokes.

Ellie Castonguay

Bridesmaid

Ellie is the youngest sister and bridesmaid of Nicole. She cemented her spot as part of the Castonguay family when Nicole was 12 years old and forever changed their lives. Nicole has watched Ellie grow up - from baby sister to current high schooler - and could not be more proud. Ellie has a theatrical personality and basically started dancing before she could walk. If you run into Ellie, ask to see her latest TikTok dance... she might even teach you a thing or two!

Leo Leighton

Groomsman

Leo is Jack's great buddy from their college days at the University of St. Thomas - although their friendship started in high school as part of a shared group of buddies across different schools. Leo and Jack served as each other's partner-in-crime during their 4.5 month study abroad adventure to Barcelona, Spain. Suffice to say, not much studying was involved while the two took to globetrotting across Europe together. Leo currently resides in St. Louis Park, MN - only a couple of miles away from where Jack & Nicole are. If you find yourself having a beer with Lee, you can easily peer pressure him into having a couple more and spilling some stories of the Euro-excursions.

Riley Hogan

Bridesmaid

Riley is Jack's oldest younger sister. Riles is a proud Wisconsin Badger alum and currently lives in Chicago, IL. Riley is the responsible member of the Hogan clan... she is glue that holds the sibling squad together - always on top of birthday, anniversary, and milestone reminders (and gift ideas). Despite her current responsibleness and maturity, the family likes to poke fun at her for her infamous temper tantrums she threw as a young child. Riley is a somewhat of a fashionista, and is certainly on top of the latest clothing styles and trends.... here's to hoping the wedding party threads fit her bill!

Cole Frechette

Groomsman

Cole is Jack's great buddy spanning back to their high school days at the Academy of Holy Angels. Cole hails from Savage, MN and the friendship between the two formed during 9th grade football two-a-days that commenced prior to their freshman year of high school. Cole and Jack both played baseball, basketball, and football throughout their four years at Holy Angels - and many people were known to mix the two up for each other across the myriad athletic competitions. The two were reunited at the University of St. Thomas when Jack transferred in prior to their sophomore year of college. If you find yourself having a beer with Cole, be sure to ask him how much he misses living with Jack.

Callie Hogan

Bridesmaid

Callie is the middle of the three Hogan girls. She followed in Tom & Susie's footsteps and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marquette University in 2018. Callie currently practices PT in the Twin Cities area... and is constantly bombarded with aches/pains questions from family members. Callie and Jack are said to have soaked up all of the athletic genes in the family (no offense to Riley and Claire), and their personalities are said to be most similar of the siblings. Fun fact: wild turkeys scare the snot out of her. Callie is a dog-loving, fun-having gal... see if you can get some free PT exercises from her if you cross paths at the wedding!

Brian Anderson

Groomsman

Brian is Jack's great buddy whose friendship started with their time spent together at Saint Louis University down in St. Louis, MO. As Billikens, Brian ran track and Jack played baseball. The two shared in some legendary freshman year memories as the two Twin Cities natives adapted to life away from home for the first time. Brian and Jack both ended up transferring back close home to the University of St. Thomas - and remained great friends across their three prevailing undergraduate years. If you find yourself having a beer with Brian, do not challenge him to a chug-off... the former USA Beer Mile Champ can put one back in the blink of an eye.

Claire Hogan

Bridesmaid

Claire is Jack's favorite youngest sister. She is the runt of the family, but definitely has the biggest personality. Claire recently graduated from New York University and still lives in Brooklyn, NY. She's all about the showbiz baby - and works in the production world of TV shows that span news broadcasts to Netflix headliners (any Marvelous Mrs. Maisel fans out there?). Claire is definitely the funniest of the Hogan children - always locked and loaded with a quip or two. Eric Castonguay

Groomsman

Eric is Nicole's older brother - and the lone male sibling of the Castonguay bunch. Eric grew up in Maple Grove, MN and still lives in the Twin Cities area today. Eric and Jack both have solid resumes when it comes to navigating households having a healthy female presence. It is safe to say that Jack is excited at the opportunity to call Eric his brother-in-law and to add another male to his family circle.

Maddee Chopp

Wedding Party/Honorary Bridesmaid

Maddee is one of Nicole's best friends from college and the two have experienced all of the "college-things" life has to offer. Living across the street from each other for two years made for daily hangouts, weekend sleepovers, and the consumption of too much pizza. Since Maddee moved to Denver after college, Nicole has made it a priority to visit a few times a year. Nicole is still working on getting her back to MN for good.

Kevin Hannon

Wedding Party/Honorary Groomsman

Kevin and Jack became great friends while at the University of St. Thomas. Kevin grew up just a few blocks away from the University - and his parents house would oftentimes serve as a Sunday afternoon oasis to soak in Minnesota Vikings games while chowing down on his mom's famous buffalo chicken dip. After college, Kevin and Jack (along with two other buddies) lived in a triplex in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis and, together, ventured into the real-world balancing act of professional work and weekend play. In the likely scenario you find yourself having a cocktail with Kevin, be sure to ask him for any appealing Vegas lines for that night's slate of sports contests.

Krista Brumm

Wedding Party/Honorary Bridesmaid

Krista is one of Nicole's good friends that she originally met through her sister (Alexa had been best friends with Krista since the 7th grade). Krista and Nicole enjoy being creative together and doing anything "cute" - haha. Krista is such a sweet and sensitive soul, yet can make anyone die laughing. Catch her on the dance floor!

Jimmy Sullivan

Wedding Party/Honorary Groomsman

Jimmy and Jack started their great friendship during their freshman year at the Academy of Holy Angels. Jimmy is a Burnsville, MN native and currently resides on the east side of the Twin Cities in St. Paul. Jimmy might be the only other person at the wedding who is a bigger Minnesota Twins fanatic than Jack. In fact, Jimmy likely holds the unofficial record of 'most trips with Jack to Target Field to watch a Twins game'. If you find yourself having a beer with Jimmy, he'll likely be disappointed that Montana doesn't carry his favorite suds, Michelob Golden Lights, and equally likely to be checking the score of the Twins game that evening.

Abby Kreklau

Wedding Party/Honorary Bridesmaid

Abby has been one of Nicole's best friends since junior year of high school and they have been inseparable ever since. Abby is Nicole's go-to for advice and quality time. She is the best listener, has a heart of gold, and a strong faith (something her and Nicole both share). Nicole and Abby live 10 minutes from each other and love grabbing margaritas to spice up their week/weekends. If you are lucky enough to come across Abby at the wedding, you probably just made a friend for life.

Alex Jurich

Wedding Party/Honorary Groomsman

Alex is one of Jack's great childhood friends dating back to their pre-school days. The Jurich's grew up in the same South Minneapolis neighborhood as the Berigan and Hogan clans. Whether it be the early years or the high school years, the Jurich/Berigan/Hogan trio could be seen together running around more often than not. Alex grew up playing baseball/basketball/football - oftentimes on the same teams as Jack - and his baseball talents took him to 4 years of college at the University of Illinois-Chicago. He remained in Chicago after his undergraduate years - and currently lives a stones throw away from Wrigley Field. If you find yourself having a beer with Jurich, prepare yourself for some Chicago sports banter.

Casey Sorenson

Wedding Party/Honorary Bridesmaid

Casey is has been a best friend of Nicole's since they met each other in high school. After high school the two attended college together at Mankato State. Not a day has gone by in which Casey and Nicole aren't crying from laughing so hard together. Casey and Nicole share countless memories from jamming out in their "new" cars at 16 years old, prom, football games, high school parties, late nights throughout college, and living as roommates. If you run into Casey at the wedding, ask her about "the pickle story"... lol

Mike Jones

Wedding Party/Honorary Groomsman

Mike and Jack's great friendship blossomed in college at the University of St. Thomas. Both played baseball at UST before Mike made the transition to finishing up his undergraduate degree at North Dakota State University. Mike is a Fargo, ND native - and continues to live in the area to this day. Mike makes frequent trips to the Twin Cities for weekend hang out sessions - but the real fun occurs when the city folk are able to make the trip up north to the Jones' lake house. Many great times have been had boating, wake surfing and hanging out on the Jones property. If you find yourself having a beer with Mike, be sure to let him know he needs to take more pictures with Jack so that Rookie (Jack & Nicole's dog) doesn't have to fill in for website picture purposes!

Mariah Gerber

Wedding Party/Honorary Bridesmaid

Mariah has become a great friend of Nicole's since she first started dating Jack. Mariah is the wife of Ryan (best man) and mother of Quinn (flower girl). For the past five years, Jack and Nicole have been traveling to Hayward several times a year to visit Ryan and Mariah. They are THE best lake home hosts and amazing times are always had together. Whether it be Fourth of July weekend or the mid-winter Birkie festival, the trips to northern Wisconsin never disappoint, and Mariah makes sure of that!

JD Dorgan

Wedding Party/Honorary Groomsman

JD is another one of Jack's great friends that came about from playing baseball at the University of St. Thomas. JD started as the catcher - while Jack started as both an outfielder and third basemen - on two St. Thomas baseball teams (sophomore and senior years) that placed 3rd nationally in the NCAA DIII baseball championships. JD is an Eagan, MN native that currently lives a few miles away from Jack and Nicole in Plymouth. He is one of a few friends that still plays in the state-wide MN Amatuer baseball league - and Jack and JD's teams schedule a game against each other every year. If you find yourself having a beer with JD, don't be afraid to initiate some casual baseball talk.

Megan Kenney

Wedding Party/Honorary Bridesmaid

Megan is another one of Nicole's best friends since their high school days in Maple Grove. Megan went to Iowa State University, where she showed Nicole the "Cyclone-way" during college visits. Megan is Nicole's go-to friend for life advice (she studied psychology in college). She currently lives in Denver, and has adventured Nicole through Colorado countless times. Megan got engaged two months after Nicole and Jack, and there could not be a better friend to share the wedding planning experience with!

Danny Abbott

Wedding Party/Honorary Groomsman

Danny is another one of Jack's great friends whose friendship developed during college at the University of St. Thomas. Danny is a St. Paul native, and attended high school at Saint Thomas Academy (along with several other wedding party members). Jack and Danny first grew close together as a result of bunking together in a 10x8 room in off-campus housing during sophomore year of college (the first year Jack transferred into UST). The room had enough space to lie each guy's mattress on the floor, head-to-head, spanning the entire length of the room. To this day, Jack and Danny play way too many rounds of below-average golf together. If you get a chance for a drink with him, ask him to expand upon the ugly golf competitions they've had.
