Flight

Reagan National Airport

Washington, DC is served by three airports, but Reagan National (DCA) is by far the most convenient option to fly into. It is a short metro ride or taxi from the venue, our hotel block, and all other recommended hotels. Dulles (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington (BWI) are also options, with Dulles the slightly more convenient of the two.

We will be staying at the Eaton DC hotel, across the street from the venue, where we have arranged a room block. Train

Union Station

Guests on the east coast should consider traveling by train. Union Station in Washington, DC has frequent arrivals via Amtrak and is a short metro ride or drive (or even a long walk) from our venue and hotel block.

Budget-Friendly Hotels

Most hotels in DC are expensive, with nightly rates upwards of $200 at even the best of times. Some more budget-friendly options can be found by looking for hotels that are accessible to DC via the Metro--the best lines to be on for our venue and welcome event are, in order: Blue/Orange/Silver; Red; Green/Yellow. In Virginia, look in Rosslyn, Court House, Ballston, Crystal City, and Alexandria. In Maryland, look in Bethesda, Friendship Heights, and Silver Spring.
