While you are free to book your stay anywhere that fits not only your budget, but your needs, here are some recommendations for if you do wish to stay as close to the venue as possible. All of these suggestions are within either short driving or walking distance of the Civic Center, and there are plenty of amazing restaurants, bars, entertainment centers, and parks in the city.

Oklahoma City does not regulate street parking past 6pm on Fridays, and it is free all day Saturday and Sunday.
