Ride Gondola to Thunderhead Lawn
1:45 pm - 2:00 pm
2305 Mount Werner Circle, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487
Please load the gondola to our ceremony site, Thunderhead Lawn, no later than 2:00 pm Mountain Time. A representative from Steamboat Resort will be at the base of the gondola to check everyone in from our guest list before boarding (no gondola pass purchase is required). We will begin our ceremony once everyone has made it to the top and taken their seat on the lawn. For those who need parking for the ceremony, guests will be able to park in the Gondola Square Parking Garage discounted at a rate of $5 on Friday, August 9th with the access code 5549 (further instructions our of FAQ page). Additional free parking will be available at the Upper Knoll Lot. Enjoy the view!
Ceremony
2:15 pm - 2:30 pm
Our ceremony will begin promptly once everyone arrives at Thunderhead Lawn. Please find your seat outside after you unload the gondola.
Family Photos & Cocktail Hour
2:30 pm - 3:45 pm
Following the ceremony, we will take photos with family (grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins included). At this time, we will also have an outdoor cocktail hour. Guests will begin boarding the gondola to go back down to the base at 3:30 pm. The last gondola down from the mountain will be at 4:00 pm.

We look forward to spending the rest of the evening with everyone at Steamboat Social Club! Cocktail hour and passed appetizers will begin at 5pm, and dinner will be served around 6pm.
