After a chance encounter at a party in April 2019, we bonded over our common love for dipping sauces. Our first date was soon thereafter, further igniting a mutual connection over science, psychology, endless ideas about how to right the world... and (of course) those truffle chicken nuggets at the Milton (a close neighborhood restaurant). Right away, we both had a sense we had found someone special. Our excitement for one another ever deepened as we discovered complementary enjoyment for tasting menus, travel, compelling stories, and our wonderful friend groups. The "adventures" of a literal global pandemic showed us we could be around each other 24/7 without murderous impulses, and that together (along with our NYC friends) we could find happiness, growth, and meaning even in the monotony. With that being said, now with our furbabies Vera and Flo, we are both looking forward to all the myriad of new adventures, travels, and delicious dipping sauces ahead of us!
