When should I RSVP by?

What should I wear?
Answer
We suggest cocktail or formal attire but would love for all our guests to look and feel their very best! However, please refrain from casual wear such as jeans, shorts, and hoodies as well as the colour white. Comfty shoes for dancing are recommended!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
No. Due to the venue space we are limited in the number of guests and ask that only ones formally invited attend. We cannot accommodate extra guests not listed on the invitations.

Where should I park?
Answer
There is free parking onsite with The Royal Ambassador parking ushers onsite for further assistance.

Can I leave my car parked overnight?
Answer
Yes, but please remove your vehicle by 8:30am on September 1st at the latest to avoid penalty and to accommodate other events hosted at The Royal Ambassador.

Will food be served?
Answer
Yes! There will be a cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony followed by a seated dinner, dessert, and late night snack.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! An open bar will be available from 5:00pm-12:30am. Table wine, soft drinks, juices, tea and coffee will also be available throughout the evening.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony is outdoors and the reception is indoors.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Please enjoy an onsite cocktail hour before we make our way into the reception space for dinner and dancing.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Yes! Please let the venue ushers know so they can assist with appropriate parking and seating.

What is the recommended transportation?
Answer
We recommend using the local taxi services which are inexpensive and can be scheduled ahead of time. Please note that Caledon only has a handful of Uber drivers so this may not be a reliable option. Please make responsible transportation accommodations.
