Ryan's parents, Gino & Sue, will be hosting this gathering to get the weekend started. For those in town early who want to have a few drinks and mingle, we would love to see you! Feel free to bring your kids to this affair. There will be beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic options; please plan to eat beforehand. *Downtown street parking is free after 5pm, as are the parking garages at 128 W. Main St. & 201 E Front St.

Shuttle to Ceremony/ Reception

The ceremony/reception is located 50 min by car north of Missoula. We will have shuttle buses from the Holiday Inn Missoula Downtown to the Farm (56616 W Rd, Charlo, MT 59824), where the ceremony and reception will be held. We will have space for about 90 folks. Pickup at the Holiday Inn will be at 2:45pm, wheels up at 3pm sharp so don't be late. Departures from the farm will be 9pm and 11pm back to the Holiday Inn. If you are able to or would prefer to drive (again, limited bus space), we will have ample parking available. Ubers will be hard to come by and very $$ up to the farm, but easy to catch for in-town trips to get to/from the Holiday Inn. For those driving, we encourage carpooling and of course a DD! Please RSVP if you intend to take the shuttle so we can plan for numbers!

Cocktail/Garden Attire
The ceremony will be at 4:30pm, but feel free to arrive at 4:00 and have a beverage before we say "I do!" Following the ceremony, we'll get the party started with drinks & snacks and follow that up with dinner and DANCING. Please note this is a farm, so wear appropriate footwear for a mostly grassy environment. August is unpredictable in Montana and high temps can range from 75-95, with evenings in the 60s. We pray for no wildfires or rain! *Please note this is a kid-free wedding.

If you're not ready to say goodbye yet and want to reminisce on last night's shenanigans (and, of course, some hair of the dog), please drop in for a casual brunch before you depart! No hard arrival or departure time necessary. There is ample, free parking at the park entrance. An RSVP will help us estimate the amount of food :)
