We have a block of rooms put aside at the Hampton Inn by Hilton Sherwood Park. If you choose to book a room, you may use the following code: MSR Go to Hilton.com. Click on Special Rates/Group Code and enter MSR. On June 7, all unreserved rooms in the group block will automatically release.
Shuttle

The venue does not allow overnight parking, and is pretty far for Uber's, therefore we will be offering a shuttle from the hotel to the venue and vice versa. Guests can stay at the hotel, or meet at the hotel to take the shuttle. Shuttle Times Below: To Venue: 2:30 PM Back to Hotel: Early shuttle: 11 PM Last shuttle: 12:45 AM
Travel Note
The address for our venue is 51115 Range Road 200 in Lindbrook (Beaver County), 10 km West of Tofield. (Gravel road South of Hwy 14) From Edmonton go East on the Anthony Henday. Take Hwy 14 to the East for about 37 km. Turn Left (North) on Hwy 630 (same as Range Road 200) All paved Hwy. After 2 km we’re on your right hand site. There are 2 granite lions in the driveway. From Edmonton South Common it takes about 35 minutes to get there, all paved highway.
