Provide the Event (Kranse-Grose Wedding), the event dates (August 29-31, 2025), and the Group Code (KRAGRO) to the reservationist to ensure availability and receive the discounted group rate. 3. The reservationist will explain the lodging availability and assist each guest with completing their reservation. 4. A confirmation email will be sent from our reservation system. Please review and confirm all details are correct for your stay. To Reserve Online: 1. Go to www.mtprinceton.com/book-now/ and follow the below steps: a. Enter the preferred Check in and Check out dates in the indicated fields b. Enter the Group Code (KRAGRO) in the Special Packages and Additional Offers field. c. Click “Refine Search” 2. Available lodging types will be displayed, as well as the corresponding discounted group rates. Please click “Book” by the lodging type of your choice. a. Tip: If lodging is showing up as unavailable or sold out, consider changing the preferred check-in and check-out dates, as dates outside of the Lodging Block may not be available. If lodging still shows as unavailable, please call the Front Desk. 3. Totals will appear on the “Booking Summary”. Scroll down and select “Proceed To Book” once all details are confirmed. 4. Complete the guest information section and click “Next”. 5. Check the box to accept terms and conditions and click “Proceed to Payment” to enter in your credit card details. 6. Important Info from Mt Princeton to know when Booking: 1. Each guest will be asked to provide a credit card to hold the lodging reservation. This credit card will be used only to guarantee the lodging accommodation. Payment method can be changed upon check-in. 2. Mt. Princeton Hot Springs accepts the following forms of payment: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), debit card, cash, or check. Please note that a 3.99% fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. This fee does not apply to debit cards, cash, or checks. 3. Check-in is at 4:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am. Guests are welcome to arrive early on the day of check-in and take advantage of the pool passes that are included in the lodging rate. 4. For guests wanting to stay additional nights outside of the lodging block dates, then we encourage them to place their reservation as soon as possible because our availability tends to book up fast. 5. Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort has pet friendly accommodations in specific lodging types for an additional $60.00 fee per stay. Pets are not allowed in our Lodge Rooms or Creekside Suites. 6. Full access to the hot springs is included during your stay, including the day of check in and check out. The hot springs encourages guests to check in to your room early so you can have all day access to the hot springs, if your room is not ready yet, you can drop your bags off at the font desk or drop them off at our cabin that has plenty of space!
