Where do I stay?

Answer

We all stay at the venue for the entire weekend! No need to worry about driving to another place after the reception or carpooling from one place to another - you can enjoy a leisurely stroll across the lawn to your cabin or room at the end of the night.

How do we book our room at the venue?

Answer

You don't have to! We are assigning all the cabins and rooms. If you have any special needs / accessibility requirements, or if you have a strong preference for a Hotel Room vs. a Cabin (or vice versa), please contact Erin. Room Rates (Children under 3 are free!): Belvedere & Lodge (Hotel Rooms best for 1-3 people): King or 2 Twins. $130/night, $33 to add additional cots. Cabins (Best suited for families and larger groups!): Queen Size beds, multiple bunks: $90 per night for first 2 guests, $20 for each additional guest per night.

What do I wear?

Answer

If you look at the "Schedule" Section of the website, there is guidance on dress code for each event during the weekend. Remember, this is October in Upstate NY, so it will be chilly at night and we do have outdoor activities scheduled - please come prepared!

Absolutely! This is a great venue for kids with lots of outdoor activities in the area.
