10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Please enjoy your time in the area or on the property in whatever you like, but be aware there are bears.

To all of our guests that are with us for the entire weekend, please enjoy this box lunch while you explore and enjoy the area during peak leaf peeping season! Pick up in the Library by noon!

Wedding

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Our Pastor Cody Robertson from our church in Memphis, Lindenwood Church, has honored us by coming to NY to officiate our nuptials. We could not be more grateful!

Cocktail Hour

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Tim Ortiz, one of the Bride's friends since she was a Snot-Nosed Teenager, will be Playing and Serenading all of You <3 Menu: Teriyaki Beef Satays Coconut Shrimp Oscar's Meat & Cheese Station Mashed Potato Bar , House Made Chip Station

Reception

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We cannot wait to celebrate with you in the Grand Adirondack Room! After Tim plays Kyle & Erin's First Dance, we will have the entertainment services of Wilhelm Entertainment to get the party going!!!!

Bonfire on the Beach

10:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

We will have beer and wine available and a selection of pizzas - as well as s'mores to share around the bonfire on the beach! Feel free to stay in your finery or change into something more comfortable and it will probably be chilly so bring a jacket / sweater!
