The Arrabelle will be where we have both the rehearsal and reception! The Hythe, a Luxury Collection Resort, Vail
This is an additional room block at the Hythe - only about a 3 minute walk away from the venue - with rooms at roughly $318. There aren't a ton of spots on this specific block, so if interested we recommend hopping on it soon! Flight
Denver International Airport (DIA)
If coming from out of state, flying into Denver is typically the most cost-efficient way to get to Vail. While all airlines are available, Denver is a large United hub, so direct flights are typically the most plentiful between United and Southwest. However, to get up to Vail, it's about 1.5-2 hours if renting a car and 3-3.5 hours if taking the Epic Mountain Express Shuttle (traffic dependent, as the highway up the mountain is notorious for delays). If you choose to take the shuttle, guests will receive a 10% discount through our pre-reserved block. The standard rate pre-discount is roughly $90/person roundtrip, with slight variance depending on flight time/day, party size, and the amount of luggage you're carrying (2 bags included for free). This is available to all guests, not just those choosing to stay within The Arrabelle room block. We've included the direct link to Epic Mountain Express reservations above that will automatically apply your 10% discount, should you choose to go this route!
Flight
Eagle County Regional Airport
While typically pricier, there is a small airport outside of Vail roughly 35-40 minutes to Lionshead Village. The Mountain Express shuttle is available to reserve for this dropout route as well at roughly $45 per person. Given the cost of parking in Vail, we'd highly recommend utilizing this for your trip, as all wedding activities will be walkable within Vail and Lionshead. If choosing a hotel outside of our block, we'd also encourage you to see if they offer cheaper or complimentary airport shuttles - everywhere is a bit different! Finally, there is always the option of trying for an Uber, but availability tends to be extremely limited.
