We've arranged a hotel block here at the Courtyard Marriott! It's less than 5 minute drive to the Welcome Dinner on Friday night and the Sunday Brunch will be located on site at the hotel. It's ~35 minutes to the venue on Saturday and we've arranged for transportation from the hotel to Overlook Barn and back again for 60 people (first come, first serve). Because it's a holiday weekend, pricing is as follows (website may only show most expensive night, but will be adjusted. If renting a cabin in the middle of the woods is more your thing, we've partnered with Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals to offer a small discount on rental properties across the High Country. In order to take advantage of this, you will have to call, as not all properties are eligible for the discount. Please note that the Welcome Dinner and Brunch will be in Boone while the Wedding Ceremony and Reception will be in Banner Elk. Also note there aren't reliable Uber/Lyft options to Banner Elk.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport
CLT is the largest airport in NC and has multiple flights per day to most parts of the country. It is a major hub for American Airlines. It is about 2 hours (100 miles) from Boone. It is an easy drive, although can have traffic near Charlotte.

Piedmont Triad Airport
GSO is a smaller and quieter airport about equidistant to Boone (2 hours, 100 miles) as CLT. It tends to have less options and flexibility of flights, but can be an easier travel experience. It is mostly highways and major roads into Boone.

Asheville Regional Airport
Like the other two airports, AVL is about 2 hours (90 miles) from Boone. It is a great option for people who are looking to extend their weekend to include Asheville (go to the Biltmore!). The drive into Boone is mostly smaller mountain roads, so be aware if anyone in your party gets carsick or if you'll be traveling at night.
