FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner you RSVP, the better for our planning purposes. We ask all have confirmed their RSVP by December 1st, 2024.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle that will stop at the hotels listed on this website to bring guests to and from our wedding. You will be responsible for your own transportation to the welcome party the night before.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the venue has free parking on site.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal or formal attire is preferred. We plan to have the ceremony and reception outdoors if the weather cooperates. Dancing after dinner will likely be indoors. Plan your outfit accordingly for the weather.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation was not addressed to you and guest, please check with the bride or groom to confirm if we have space for you to bring a plus one. Our venue is more intimate and cannot accommodate large numbers.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 on our wedding day unless your child is still breastfeeding. If that is the case, please reach out to the bride or groom to discuss the mother and child's needs so they can best be accommodated. We ask those infants are not present for the ceremony, but may come to dinner and reception. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are registered on Zola, Amazon, and Crate & Barrel.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love to welcome all guests to a "Welcome Party" on the night of the 24th. We are also planning an optional wine tasting event and farewell dinner for the day after, the 26th. See the Schedule of Events page for additional details on both.

Question

Packing Essentials/Checklist

Answer

1. Passport!! 2. European travel adapters/chargers. 3. Euros: Most US banks have Euros that you can get out to have cash before you head over. You can also get Euros out at the ATM at the airport. 4. Check with your cell carrier about international service options. 5. Use a credit card that waves international service charges and make sure to notify your credit/banks that you will be traveling out of the country so that your card does not get declined abroad. 6. Download offline maps (can do on Google maps) for areas you will either be driving or walking so that you are never without directions or lost. Favoriting or marking the places you want to see or go can you help you plan your walking or driving routes to make sure you aren't going around in circles or back tracking and wasting time. 7. Be mindful of your valuables. Keep credit cards, cash, and phone safe on your person and in zippered pockets to prevent losing them from pick pocketers.

Question

Do I need to apply for a visa to enter Italy?

Answer

Italy, along with most other EU countries will start requiring travelers from the US to have an electronic visa to visit in 2025. The European Union's European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS), has been postponed multiple times and is expected to take effect in May 2025. Check back here for additional updates as we will do our best to keep you all informed!
