We will have a shuttle available to bring guests to and from the wedding! Shuttle pick up time is 3:15pm for those staying at the Fort Marcy Suites, and 3:30pm for all other guests. The 3:30pm pickup location is off E San Francisco Street alongside the La Fonda hotel located in the plaza. Don't be late! The shuttle will be making multiple trips to drop guests back off every hour beginning at 8pm after the ceremony, with the final trip back being 11:30pm. Feel free to choose a time that works best for you!
4:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Formal: Wear a floor-length gown or a tux/suit with a necktie or bowtie. (Our colors are olive green, terracotta, & dusty blue if you'd like to match the theme!)
Ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm. Don't be late! (If you are not staying at the Four Seasons, we've booked a shuttle to pick up at the Santa Fe Plaza for people to travel to the ceremony and not worry about drinking and driving. The shuttle will leave promptly at 4:00pm, so if you miss it you'll have to Uber or drive yourself! Ubers should be readily available, and if you're driving valet parking is included!) Cocktail Hour to begin at 5:00pm on the Four Seasons Terrace. Dinner to begin at 6:00pm with a buffet dinner, toasts, cake, and more. Reception to begin at 8pm and last until 11pm in the Aspen Ballroom with an open bar, DJ, and keep your eyes open for a tequila donkey who will be making an appearance. We'd love to keep the wedding and reception classy with a Formal dress code. Please Wear a floor-length gown or a tux/suit with a necktie or bowtie. Wear your finest and get ready to celebrate! (Don't forget your dancing shoes too!)
