Shuttle to the Wedding

The wedding is taking place at our home and we have limited parking onsite. Unless you are staying over night or are in the wedding party, you must park at the high school and take the shuttle. Please select your shuttle times at bit.ly/shuttle928 (copy and paste this link into your browser). Shuttle times are first come, first served. Shuttle Pick Up: Stowe High School, 413 Barrows Rd., Stowe, VT 05672. PLEASE NOTE: This will be fall foliage season in Vermont and there will be traffic on your way to the high school. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you leave a lot of extra time to arrive at the high school ahead of your scheduled shuttle time as we will not have a place for you to park onsite and later shuttles will likely be full. We have received permission for guests to park at the high school, so you do not need to worry about leaving your vehicle. Please park around back near the tennis courts. Shuttle Back to High School

September 28, 2024 10:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The shuttle will do three trips after the wedding: 10:00 PM, 10:30 PM, and 11:00 PM. All guests are invited to an after party at our house, so if you have to hang out and wait for the shuttle, you'll still be having fun! You are also welcome to grab an early shuttle to go get your car and come back to hang out for a bit. Shuttle times are first come, first served and must be chosen at bit.ly/shuttle928.

Other Transportation Options

If the shuttle won't work for you (you need to arrive late/leave early, etc.) you can try the local transportation options linked at the button below. We have not explored or tested these companies, so please do your own research. There are also sometimes ride shares (Uber, Lyft) around Stowe, but it's sporadic and unreliable. If you choose to use alternative transportation, please just let us know on your RSVP form.

Flight

Burlington International Airport

BTV is the closest airport. It's about 50 minutes away from Stowe, close to the highway, and very easy and convenient to navigate.

Hotel

Best Western Plus Waterbury - Stowe

This hotel is right off the highway in Waterbury (about 15 minutes from our house). We have a room block, so you can call and mention the Brassard/Carrese wedding for a discount.
