We are really hoping to create a fun weekend for everyone with a community feel. This will allow us to maximize the time we get to spend with everyone, and hopefully make it more fun and less work for you as we have already done a lot of the planning if your choose to join us. As part of that, we negotiated a hotel room block at The Hilton Los Cabos. We believe that this is the best way to: 1. get a great rate at a very nice hotel for the entire group, 2. spend time with guests between events, and 3. insure that guests make it to events on time and we do not have to track people down. That being said, if the pricing for the room block is far outside of your budget, please contact us so we can find a solution.

Please book using the provided link. If you wish to upgrade your room, you can book one of the rooms in the room block and then email to upgrade (email address provided on the site). Your room will also be counted towards our room block if you book on third party sites, however you may not get as low of a price. There is special room block pricing for additional room types (upgrades), which you can request using the email provided. If you need to cancel the room for any reason, please do so before September 15! Cancelation between 9/15 and 10/15 will likely result in us having to cover the cost of your room. San Jose Del Cabo International Airport (SJD)

San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) is the closest airport to the wedding. It is a 30 minute drive from the airport to the Hilton Los Cabos.

Private transfer to/from Airport - Option 1

There are two recommended options if you want to arrange your transportation from the airport in Cabo to the hotel. The different car types fit different numbers of people and are priced differently. This company is cheaper for parties of 5 or less. For different vehicle types, you may want to check both sites.
