Atlanta Jackson Hartsfield Airport

This will likely be the most affordable airport to fly into. It is about an hour and fifteen minutes away from Dahlonega (WITHOUT traffic). If you'd like an alternative to renting a car, there are shuttle services available that go between the airport & Dahlonega.

We love this property! It has a rustic feel, with newly renovated facilities and a unique take on group lodging. We have booked two large lodges for 3 nights. Each lodge has 8 private rooms with private bathrooms and a lock and key (just like a hotel). First priority will be to the wedding party and then we will open the large lodges to our other guests, unless we have enough people to fill the 16 room lodge as well. Each room has two queens. There are also several common areas including a full kitchen, fire pits, hot tubs and a game room where we can all hang out. Saturday night, we WILL be watching the Notre Dame v. Ohio State game!!! Our vision for the weekend is getting to spend more time than just 15 minutes with those we love AND to create an opportunity for couples and families to experience the North Georgia mountains while making new memories together as well! Included in the rate is a hot breakfast every morning & dinner Friday night if you come then! If you stay here, you’re also welcome to join us Saturday night for a Chuck Wagon dinner at an 1800’s river house for an additional fee. It is about 30 minutes from the venue.
